Sangre

Sangre, as you probably know, is blood. It is the noun form.

The verb is sangrar, to bleed.

Bleeding, the gerund, is sangrando.

And the adjective bloody is sangriento.

    I don’t think I have ever heard the adjective used. Interesting.
